Cemex York Mains Power

The concrete plant at York was supplied by generator and the client wanted to bring the site onto mains power. MDB Engineering carried out the installation including building a switch room, the required civils i.e. trenching and ductwork and liaison with the Distribution Network Operator (DNO). Further three phase distribution options were also added out on the plant to ‘future proof’ the client’s ongoing operational needs. The project was delivered on budget and ahead of time in line with the clients request to complete before the DNO’s connection date.
