Our Health & Safety Policy
The health, safety and wellbeing of our staff, clients and the general public is of paramount importance and will not be comprised. All members of our management team hold the IOSH Managing Safely accreditation and this focus on safe practice is withheld throughout the company.
As a company we invest substantially in the training and development of our staff to ensure that they are competent and aware in every aspect of their work. We ensure that our staff are IPAF and PASMA trained as necessary for use of access equipment. This supplements the annual Safety Passport and Asbestos Awareness training MDB Group staff receive.
It is our belief that in acting in a safe and responsible manner we are best serving the needs of our customers whilst fulfilling our responsibilities to our staff. We are members of Safe Contractor, CHAS, PICS Auditing for contractors and ConCom (the Humber Bank Contractor Competency Scheme).
